The Trunks figure released in 2012 by S.H. Figuarts is No. 7 in the collection and the first version of Future Trunks in his original outfit. It was launched as a Tamashii Web Exclusive and came packed with accessories, making it the most complete to date (including a sword, two hairstyles, among others). Additionally, it was the first experiment with the 1.5 body, improving chest and leg articulations.
This was the first Trunks figure in the S.H. Figuarts collection by Tamashii Nations and Bandai, released as a Tamashii Web Exclusive and standing out in many aspects.
It was the first to include so many interchangeable hands (7 pairs) and 4 faces for each hairstyle (base and Super Saiyan), as well as his iconic sword with a sheath. Tamashii clearly put great effort into the details.
It also marked a change in articulation design, with improvements in the chest and legs that foreshadowed the 2.0 body, which is why its body is classified as 1.5. However, the shoulders used a ball-joint system that was rarely repeated, as it limited arm rotation.
This figure represents Trunks during his battle against Mecha Frieza at the beginning of the Android and Cell saga, featuring the manga colors with subtler shading compared to previous figures.
