The Super Saiyan Vegeta S.H. Figuarts figure from 2011 was the first release for the Prince of the Saiyans, using the 1.0 body type. It is based on the Android and Cell Saga and painted in the manga colors of Akira Toriyama. It comes with minimal accessories, but considering its release year and the fact that it was the fifth figure in the entire collection, it was a well-executed piece.
This is the fifth figure in the Dragon Ball S.H. Figuarts collection, and to properly appreciate it, we need to keep in mind that it's a 2011 release. Back then, the articulation technology was 1.0, and the figures were painted with shading and a more "hand-painted" style.
That said, it must be acknowledged that the chest aesthetic suits the 1.0 body much better, as there is no articulation in that area, and the sculpting and painting given to Vegeta were very well done.
Regarding its accessories, they are the same as a regular release today: 3 faces and 3/4 interchangeable pairs of hands. The issue is that this was the first "Tamashii Web Exclusive", so it didn't have a re-release and doesn't seem to be exclusive either by the character or its accessories or transformation. Today, the equivalent of this Vegeta is a regular release (the 2023 version).
