This is the third "mini" figure of Goku based on Dragon Ball Daima brought to us by Tamashii Nations, and this time, as a Tamashii Web exclusive edition, we have Toriyama's vision of the Super Saiyan 4. A figure that features the new architecture being used in small figures, along with a design identical to the Anime, and it also includes a "brutal" Kame-Hame-Ha and ki attacks for the Goku 'mini'.
It’s true that we’ve had the SSJ4 Goku figure from DB GT for several years, but with Daima, Toriyama made Super Saiyan 4 canon again with a redesign characteristic of the sensei. Changes in colors and attire, with those larger, more disproportionate arms and hands that give him a more simian look.
This design has been carefully executed; the new articulation system for the smaller figures has made the 4.0 fully functional in them.
As for accessories, the Kame-Hame-Ha! with a new design, mimicking the one seen in the anime when fighting King Gomah, is spectacular. Plus, as is the norm with Dragon Ball SHF, this Tamashii Web Exclusive edition includes pieces for the regular Goku ‘mini’ version, such as a pair of hands with ki attacks.
The figure does justice to what’s seen in the anime, so it seems highly recommendable, but remember, it’s a Tamashii Web Exclusive, so it won’t be re-released.
Here you will see some of the more than 200 S.H. Figuarts releases that Tamashii Nations has brought us from Dragon Ball.
