This 2018 Trunks S.H. Figuarts is based on the Black Saga from Dragon Ball Super. It features a 100% original sculpt for this figure, includes a 2.0 body, and comes packed with accessories like the 'Genki Sword', 2 swords, a sheath, a ki blast, and dual hairpieces, one in base form and the other in Super Saiyan, making it a very complete figure.
This articulated Trunks figure was released in 2018 as a Tamashii Web Exclusive, marking the 60th release in the Dragon Ball S.H. Figuarts collection.
This is the 5th release of this character, but this time, it brings us a version never released before, based on the 'Black Goku' arc from Dragon Ball Super.
The sculpting is 100% original for this version of Bulma and Vegeta’s son, featuring the 2.0 articulation system. Its accessories are impressive, just like other Trunks figures from the brand. It comes with dual hairpieces in both base form and Super Saiyan, a Ki blast for the hand, a normal sword and a broken one, as well as a sheath for the sword. The highlight of this figure’s accessories is the 'Ki Sword' or Genki Sword, which appeared in the anime and was used to cut the fusion of Black and Zamasu.
In 2024, it was re-released as an Exclusive Edition, which features a recolored version, a slight improvement in the SSJ faces, but it comes with far fewer accessories and no dual hairpieces.
From listacompletade.com, this is a figure we recommend as long as you find it at a good price, as it’s a worthy representation of Trunks in this DB Super saga.
